Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to the AI Alpha AI private research portal (the “Service”). By requesting access, logging in, or receiving briefings, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Private and invitation-only

Access is granted at our sole discretion after review. Not every request is approved. We may revoke access at any time, with or without cause, including for unauthorized sharing, reverse engineering, or misuse of briefing content.

3. Eligibility

You must be an authorized representative of the entity you claim to represent, or an individual with a legitimate professional interest in the research. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

4. Account and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for internal research, strategy, and investment evaluation only. You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or publicly display briefing content without written permission.
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, or mirror the Service or its outputs.
• Attempt to bypass access controls or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or manipulative purposes.

6. Intellectual property

All content, briefings, valuation scores, scripts, and materials delivered through the Service are owned by AI Alpha AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your internal purposes during the term of your access.

7. Confidentiality

Briefings and portal content are confidential and intended solely for authorized recipients. You agree not to disclose such content to third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of access.

8. Not investment advice

Briefings, scores, and related materials are research products and opinions, not investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals before acting on any information.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that briefings will be complete, error-free, timely, or suitable for any particular purpose. Market conditions change rapidly and analysis may become outdated.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Alpha AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to access the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these terms cease immediately, and you must destroy any copies of briefing content in your possession.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
